Growing Instructions:

Direct sow seeds in a shallow container filled with a growing medium such as potting soil or peat moss. Sow seeds densely, almost covering the surface of the soil, as they will not grow as large as mature plants. Water seeds well and cover the container with plastic wrap or a lid to create a humid environment. Place the container in a warm, dark place for 2-3 days until seeds begin to germinate. Once germinated, move the container to a sunny location or under grow lights. Water regularly, keeping the soil moist but not waterlogged, and harvest the micro greens once they have reached the desired size, usually 1-2 inches.

Micro greens prefer a soil pH of 6.0-6.5 and do not require fertilizer. They are a fast-growing crop and can be harvested in as little as 7-14 days after germination. Spacing is not necessary for micro greens as they are harvested when small, but it's important to keep the seeds densely sown to produce a full crop.
